~ FLIGHT ~

Today, we are doing blogging again. The topic for today is... FLIGHT. Well, let's give it a try.

Hmm... When I first saw the word flight on the whiteboard, it automatically reminds me of travelling to other countries by planes. Flight, in this case, means to fly to other countries by means of planes. It can also mean a scheduled air line run or a trip. The word flight actually means the act of flying through the air by means of wings and also the ability to fly high into the sky. Planes do have a pair of wings. If not, how would it be able to fly?? I have not been on a flight before and I really wonder what it feels like to be up so high in the sky. Well, some people may not like to be in planes or they prefer other means of transportation like the ferry or boat etc.

When I talk about flight, it reminds me of a swift movement or a swift passage. This made me think of a flock of birds flying up in the sky for example the eagles, falcons, hawks and much more. It means that the birds glide through the air in a very swift way. For me, I really feel happy to see the birds gliding in the sky as it gives me a sense of calm, serenity and tranquility. It makes me feel as if I am the one gliding in the sky. So, in another words, flying is such a pleasure for me.

Flight... A flight of the imagination. It means to have an imagination that is lying beyond the ordinary range of perception. A flight of imagination can also mean to have an imagination that is full of unrestrained enthusiasm or joy.
